Welcome to Indriya Oils. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Indriya Oils. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user, visitor or customer using this website or purchasing from us. By accessing or using this website (indriya.online) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

1. Online Store Terms

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you confirm you have consent from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or to violate any applicable laws.

You agree not to transmit any malicious code (viruses, worms, harmful scripts) via our site.

2. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • All content on this site — text, images, graphics, design, layout — is protected by our intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the site without our express permission.
  • Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We strive to provide accurate product information including descriptions, images, weight/volume, benefits, pricing, etc. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Product images are for illustration; actual packaging, color or shape may slightly vary (especially for natural oils).

4. Prices & Availability

Prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We may limit the quantity of any product per order, per customer, or overall — especially since our oils may be produced in small batches.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Orders, Billing & Payment Information

By placing an order, you represent you are providing accurate and complete billing/shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is incomplete or seems suspicious (e.g. repeat orders from same address, bulk orders from a single user where we suspect resale).

If we cancel an order after payment (prepaid or online), we will refund you as per our refund policy.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Since our products are wood-pressed oils, once dispatched they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. (You may optionally have a “Return & Refund Policy” page linked here.)

Delivery timelines, shipping charges and availability depend on location; we try to update shipping/stock information promptly but cannot guarantee.

Risk of loss / damage during shipping passes to you once we ship the order (i.e. once courier takes custody).

7. Product Disclaimer & Liability

Our oils are natural and perishable items. You must store them as instructed (e.g. cool/dry place) and use before the “best before” date shown on packaging.

You agree that any use of the products — for cooking, consumption, skincare or otherwise — is at your own risk.

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our products and services are provided “as is.”

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profit, health, or data — arising from your use of our products or site, even if we had been advised of such possibility.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, graphics, product photos — is owned by Indriya Oils (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.

You may view content for personal and non-commercial use only; you agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party services (e.g. social media, payment gateways, apps). We do not control or endorse such third-party content or policies.

If you submit reviews, feedback or comments on our site — e.g. product reviews — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and display such content at our discretion.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in  Mumbai, India
