📦 Return & Refund Policy – Indriya Oils

Thank you for shopping with Indriya Oils. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict hygiene-first return policy to ensure customer safety and product integrity.


1. 🚫 No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Opened, used, or partially used oil products are NOT eligible for return or refund
  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals after delivery cannot be accepted

2. ✅ When Replacement or Refund Is Accepted

We accept replacement or refund requests ONLY in the following cases:

  • Product received is leaking or physically damaged
  • Seal was already broken at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product or variant delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

📸 Mandatory proof required
Please share clear photos or a short video within 24 hours of delivery.


3. ⏱ Reporting Timeline (STRICT)

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered
  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible

4. 🔄 Resolution Method

After verification, Indriya Oils may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund to the original payment method

⚠ Final resolution method is decided after inspection.


5. 🚚 Pickup & Replacement

  • Approved cases will be picked up or replaced at no additional cost
  • Replacement delivery timeline: 3–7 working days, subject to availability
  • Pickup/replacement will be arranged only at the original delivery address

6. ❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns/refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Taste, aroma, or personal preference
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect storage or handling by the customer
  • Delays due to customer unavailability

7. ❌ Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for oil products due to hygiene reasons.


8. 🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Indriya Oils reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns

9. 💳 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank/payment provider
