1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you immediately to arrange the best possible solution.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Fresh batches are packed on order to maintain the purity and aroma of our wood-pressed oils.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch at the earliest.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Mumbai / Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above β‚Ή999
  • For orders below β‚Ή999, a flat shipping rate of β‚Ή79–₹99 applies depending on your pin code.

Once shipped, you will receive

6. Packaging & Safety

  • All oils are packed in leak-proof, tamper-proof, food-grade containers.
  • Extra cushioning is added to ensure bottles reach you safely.
  • Every bottle is sealed fresh to maintain quality and hygiene.

7. Delayed / Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the promised delivery window:

  • We will follow up with the courier partner,
  • Provide updates,
  • And ensure a replacement or refund in case a package is lost.

8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts:

  • The courier may return the package to us.
