📦 Indriya Oils – Shipping & Local Delivery Policy
At Indriya Oils, we deliver freshly wood-pressed, chemical-free oils directly from our home-based unit to your doorstep with utmost care and hygiene.
1. 📍 Delivery Locations (Local Only)
Currently, we offer local delivery within Mumbai and nearby areas (up to 100 km) from our Andheri location.
Delivery is based on distance radius, calculated automatically at checkout.
🚫 We are not offering pan-India courier shipping at the moment.
2. 🚚 Local Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are distance-based:
- Andheri Express Delivery (Up to 10 km): ₹60
- Extended Andheri (10–20 km): ₹90
- Outside Andheri – Mumbai (20–30 km): ₹120
- Mumbai Local Delivery (30–60 km): ₹150
- Extended Mumbai Delivery (60–100 km): ₹180

3. 🛢 Heavy Item Delivery (Important)
Orders containing 5L oil cans or bulk quantities may incur an additional delivery charge of ₹30–₹50, depending on distance and delivery partner.
Our team will inform you in advance if applicable.
4. ⏱ Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are packed fresh on order
- Dispatch within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Andheri & nearby areas: Same day / Next day
- Other Mumbai locations: 1–3 working days
5. 📦 Packaging & Safety
- Leak-proof, food-grade containers
- Tamper-proof sealing
- Extra cushioning for safe transit
Every bottle is packed to preserve purity, aroma, and quality.
6. ❌ Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable customer
- Repeated failed attempts
The order may be returned, and re-delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.
